Introduction

Pashë, Dëgjova, Fola (I Saw, I Heard, I Spoke) is a national anticorruption campaign built on transparency and citizen action. Inspired by the Three Wise Monkeys, we reversed the original message, instead of ignoring wrongdoing, we encourage people to see it, hear it, and speak up.
With bold visuals and a fresh tone, the campaign empowers especially young people to recognize corruption and report it through clear messaging and an easy to use mobile app.

Challenges
We needed to communicate a serious issue in a way that felt accessible, modern, and trustworthy. The campaign had to cut through noise, build confidence, and motivate people to report corruption without overwhelming or intimidating them.
Another challenge was creating a visual system that stayed consistent across everything: social media, motion graphics, print materials, and the app itself.
Final thoughts
We built a complete creative strategy from visual identity to content production centered around three symbolic elements: eyes, ears, and mouths, representing vigilance, awareness, and courage. Using a striking color palette of dark blue, red, light blue, and white, we created a modern and memorable look that stood out across all media. Our team designed a range of social media content, including static designs, motion graphics, and interactive pieces like quizzes and infographics that made the message clear and accessible. We also produced videos and testimonials that gave real voices to the campaign, driving emotion and authenticity.
Finally, we supported the launch of a mobile app a tool that turns awareness into action, enabling users to report corruption directly and safely. The result was a campaign that didn’t just speak about transparency it inspired it.
